Small business entitlement
I am an independent Steel Broker- I have been in business for 40 years under my company name.
I had several employees in past years but now it is just me. I file my personal tax return and also file a tax return under my company. I am struggling , as are so many others, to just stay in business. My question is am I entitled to any of the small business forgiven loans that others are getting?

The only way to find out is to go to a Bank that is participating in the PPP loan program. If you’re in the Chicago area, I’d suggest WINTRUST. They’ve been a big player in helping small businesses get PPP loans.
