Social Security
If my husband who was previously marries dies, can his ex-wife claim his social security or just me. I heard that the ex-wife can claim.

Yep! If they were married for 10 years, and she is currently not remarried, and is 62 or older (or has a disabled or child under 16) she can collect SS on your spouse’s record (assuming it is a larger benefit than her own earned benefit). But don’t worry, it won’t reduce YOUR benefit!
