Survivor benefits: Couple both 80 and retired from workforce he :$2600.00 benefit,hers $1200.00 benefit. If he dies first what does the living spouse receive?$$$$

Yes, she will get 100% of the deceased spouse’s benefit (but not her own) and that presumes that the deceased’s benefits are higher than her own.
