Social Security
Hello
I retired with a pension at age 59 and was rehired as a contractor and still working. My pension has a supplement that is equivalent to my SS. At age 65 I lose my supplement and I can collect SS. With me still working does my SS go up? Would it be more than what my supplement is now? Thanks.

First, save some money so you do not have to collect SS before your FULL retirement age, shortly before age 67. And even longer if you can wait, because you get an 8% increase in your base SS for every year you wait until age 70!
Yes, you can continue to work. And since SS looks at your 35 highest years of earnings, it could impact your benefits slightly. But the smart move is to delay claiming SS as long as possible — certainly till your full retirement age!
