Ask Terry Questions Social Security

Social Security

By Terry Savage on November 11, 2024 | Financial Planning / Retirement

I am a 68-year-old woman and my husband is a 69-year-old man. I retired at age 65 but my husband still works full-time. When should each of us take Social Security? I know I have heard you say wait till you’re 70. With the climate in Washington after the new president starts his term I’m worried about Social Security. Please let me know when the best time for us to take Social Security would be. Thank you.
