Social Security Benefits and born in 1960
I was born in July 1960. I heard you speaking with a caller on WGN Radio, John Williams show many months ago about a “glitch” in the calculation used to determine social security benefits for those of us born in 1960. You also mentioned in the same conversation that congress was going to be looking at this “glitch” and try to correct things. I don’t recall what you said caused this glitch/issue and want to see if you can provide some insight. I’m not planning to retire for several more years and want to see how this issue may effect my future benefits. I appreciate your thoughts and insight. I love love love hearing you on WGN and your website is also very helpful. Thanks for all you do! You are a treasure and your insight is priceless. Blessings to you and yours!

That wasn’t me talking about a glitch. But there is a “notch” in the Social Security.
Here are two links so you can read about it, although this issue definitely does not apply to you!
