Social security — earnings penalty?

By Terry Savage on September 04, 2022 | Financial Planning / Retirement

When I reach my full retirement age can I still work as much as I want at my current job and collect my full social security without penalty

Terry Says

Yes, there is no ‘earnings penalty’ after you reach your Full Retirement Age. BUT depending on the amount of your earnings, including SS, up to 85% of your benefits could be subject to income tax!
