I’m 64 retired worked for municipality 40 yrs. I receive a pention & ss. My wife 59 still working for university for 33 yrs will retire in 3 yrs. She never has paid into ss can she collect ss off of mine after she retires? If so can she collect it at 62? Thank you. Listen every Wed on WGN radio.
