SS Cola
I’m age 69 and planning on drawing my ss benefit at age 70. However, with the pending COLA for ss benefactors, will my age 70 benefit be larger than if I draw my ss benefit at age 69, will I be eligible for the COLA if I draw at age 69?

NO — WAIT TIL AFTER 70. This year’s COLA is built in to next year’s base!!!
