Social Security offset
Why payed in 100 % to ss and only able to collect 40% because of government offset. Something rosenkowski put in effect before he went to prison and finally passed. How can this be justified…

I wouldn’t blame it all on Dan Rostenkowski!
And there’s a strong group working toward repeal of the WEP. That might only happen as part of a major Social Security reform.
