Hi there terry do you know if there is an issue with getting your ssi payment on direct express. I am calling customer service been on hold over an hour and it keeps saying something is wrong with my card

Are you trying to use this card in a store? If so, try using it elsewhere to see if there’s a problem just with that one merchant. If not, please write back and I’ll try to find out more.
