State of IL Tax Rebates
I received the income tax rebate of $50 for myself and my wife deposited directly to our checking account. When I went online to check the status of the Property Tax Rebate is said we weren’t eligible. No reason given. We own our house in Lake County and definitely paid property taxes. Are there certain exclusions for this rebate? Thanks.

I decided not to become an “expert” in this program, because I personally think it is a wasteful, vote-buying giveaway. So check with the State of Illinois.
