Can you please provide me with a number that I can call to request a replacement for my lost stimulus check.

How do you know your Stimulus Payment was lost?? Have you received a letter from the government (form 1444) telling you that your stimulus was sent? If you received that letter more than two weeks ago, and still have not received payment, then you can initiate a trace.
But first go to GetMyPayment — the IRS site to track your payment.
And note the information below:
If you filed a tax return, it should have been mailed to that address. Do you no longer live there?
If you filed for Direct Deposit, do they have the correct account — one that received a direct deposit refund?
If you are on Social Security, the money should come to your same account.
