Stimulus
I filed a paper 2019 tax return and have not received my stimulus check. I have checked on the IRS site and it responds “no information available”. Any suggestions?

First, did you file in 2018? If not, they might have overlooked you in the first round. Also, do you get any govt benefits, such as SSI, SSDI or Social Security? If so, check in those places for a stimulus payment.
AND, if you didn’t file in 2018, but did file by paper in early 2019, they may not have dealt with your tax return yet since they are so jammed.
So if you DIDNT file in 2018, you could fill out this form:

Otherwise, eventually (a long time) the check could come based on your 2019 return. And if it doesn’t, then you could claim it as a credit on your 2020 tax return when you file next April.
