Stimulus
I haven’t recieved my stimulus, back in 2018 my daughter was my payee for SSDI, she thought she had to claim me when she got the tax form from SS, it was a mistake and they never gave her a refund because she messed all her taxes up and they needed more information, now 2019 she didn’t claim me.. nobody has. I can’t even e sign the non filers form and keep getting status unavailable and cannot determine eligibility at this time. What can I do?

But did you actually FILE the non-filer’s form? The one at this link?

If this was accepted, it’s all you can do. Now you have to wait for them to check her SS number and her latest filing to make sure that you are not a dependent on her latest return. So make sure she did file for 2019.
