stimulus check
i filed jointly with my wife in 2018 and got divorced in October 2018..i am a disabled veteran so i don’t have to file my own taxes for 2019 or any other time but when i received my stimulus check it has her name on it and she already received her direct deposit..check has her married name on it…what can i do to cash this check and she won’t sign it

That IS an error – -andI would advise her NOT to sign TWO checks in her name.
