Hello Terry, I am corrently separated for 8years with husband and we are filing tax separate for about 3years. My daugter in full time in community college. 2018 filing tax was under $24,000. I can get check for Stimulus check. Thank you.

If you are married filing separately, you each qualify for the $1200 check, providing you meet the income limits. If your child is over 17, and is a dependent on either return, you do NOT get the $500 check for children.
