Stimulus Check

First my husband has a financial planning practice and speaks so highly of you (and he's a tough critic!). My daughter (graduation U of I) filed independently for the 1st time for '19 mid April. She received her fed refund direct deposit. She is still waiting for the stimulus check which is a fortune for her. We get "payment status not available" - any suggestions? Happy to send you her returns.
