My daughter never received her stimulus check she is married but file married /separately has 3 dependents. Who does she call or is there even a place to call?

So you’re sure she wasn’t declared as a dependent on her husband’s return?
AND, you’re sure the stimulus check didn’t come HIM??? (That happened to someone I know.)
