Stimulus check and divorce
My ex and I are currently going through a dissolution of marriage but we filed married joint for 2019 already. Is there someone I should contact about this?
I have 2 children who arent his who were claimed on that tax return as well.

Unless you want to pay to amend your return as married filing separately (which will cost you in CPA fees, and may cause higher taxes to be owed), you might as well leave it as is — and split the $500 each, dependent checks you will receive.
