Stimulus check — child support
My wife had a question about her ex-husband that owns a tremendous amount of Child Support does his stimulus check come directly to her or how would you go about getting that seeing if they said but that people who owe child support will not get a stimulus check

That’s a great question. If you’re part of a collection system that has garnished his tax refunds and forwarded them to her, then I am going to assume you would get the stimulus money the same way. But honestly, I don’t know how the govt is ever going to get around to figuring this out! For sure, he won’t get it though!
