Stimulus check/child support
I filed head of household. My husband will file separately. He owes back child support will I still get a stimulus check or will it go toward his debt?

If they use THIS return (as opposed to one, perhaps in 2019 where you might have filed jointly) then you will get the $1200 stimulus. He won’t get it — but it doesn’t “count” against back child support, nor does the person he owes get any extra payment.
Again, it depends on which return they scan first! If you haven’t file this way for 2019 do it online ASAP using turbotax and put your banking info in for direct deposit!
