Stimulus check child support
I received a letter saying I was gonna get my similaris check but because of child support I did not receive it and they took it I pay every month on time I actually do not owe child support I only owe interest and they still took it I need it like everyone else I am not working and could use it what can I do

If state records show that you are delinquent — even on interest on overdue back support — the law says you don’t get a check. So sorry about that. Catch up on the interest and make sure the state clears your records, in case there is another round of stimulus payments.
