Stimulus check for adult special needs child who files income tax

I have an adult special needs son who files a tax return. I claim him as a dependent. I received a stimulus payment, neither he or I received a stimulus check for him. He receives no social security or any other disability compensation. Is he eligible for a stimulus check? If so how do I proceed. thank you
