Stimulus check? TaxEIP3 IRS Treas 310 PPD

We received a check on the 24th of March for $2800.00 deposited into our joint account. How did this check get deposited in this account, as this account has NEVER been given to our tax people, in fact we have a different account for tax refunds. Also, I think we made too much to receive a check. How do I make sure this is a valid deposit. Our previous stimulus checks came in the mail…. I’m very concerned!! Thanks so much!
