Stimulus Check & Unemployment Benefits

Terry, I’m in AL.& things here move very slowly like a country turtle all confused? I don’t want to get all in the weeds but as far as the benefit checks go, I haven’t filed my 18 or 19 taxes because I’m self employed, underwater & on the verge of bankruptcy. I don’t want to bring down the weight & power of the IRS on me as things are, so screaming online for a check from the government when I haven’t paid anything into the system seems like a exercise in futility & asking for a big fat audit plus I don’t want to be dependent upon the government because look where that’s gotten us to this point ? Your thoughts please ?
