Terry, how does one who is Self-Employed, major lost wages, & a non-filer, bottom feeder possibly get any kind of check or benefits from the State of AL who never setup anything for the Self-Employed businesses, Your suggestions please ? Thanks

Well, if you were self-employed and filed a tax return, you’d qualify for PUA from state unemployment benefits. But if you didn’t file, you can’t get insurance. Now you could and should get a stimulus payment of $1200. But you’ll have to register — unless you receive SSI, in which case it will come on your card.
