my brother filed for his stimulus money with h&r block. They gave him a card but no money was ever loaded. But he go a letter in the mail saying it was not filled correct and he will not get any funds. What should we do?

He should start over — and go to this section of the IRS website to apply for previous stimulus checks that he did not receive.
