No, where did you get that idea?? I assume you’re receiving Social Security. If you’re a widow, you should be receiving the higher of your benefit OR your late husband’s full benefit. And if your benefit had been reduced because one of you had a public pension, they are about to restore your full benefit sometime this year.

But if you got an email about another stimulus check, just delete it! It’s not happening.
