Stimulus Payment
Hi Terry,
I recieved my Stimulus payment but my wife didn’t. We file jointly even though the only money we get is my SSI Disability. Is there anyway I can get the payment or am I to late. Also for some reason our 17 year old daughter recieved the $1,200 payment which I am afraid to even touch.

OK, let’s leave your daughter out of the equation –though maybe it was your wife’s payment that she received. Didyou declare your daughter as a dependent on your 2018 or 2019 return?
Are their names similar?
If that’s not the case, did you receive your payment deposited the same was as your SSDI?
In that case they might have “forgotten” your wife.
She can try to file here at this link. It probably wont help — and you may have to wait until next year when you file to make a claim for unpaid stimulus. But have her try to register here, even though you filed a joint tax return:
