Stimulus payments still missing
Hi Terry,
I received the first stimulus payment of $1200 by check in the mail but did not receive the 2 nd $600 or 3rd $1400 payment. The IRS website shows I was supposed to receive both. They got lost in the mail or stolen. What can I do at this point to get these payments.
Can I do something on my taxes for 2021 or do I have to submit the form 3911 for both payments.

File for a credit for both of them when you file your 2021 tax return in coming days. If they check and then say they think you received them, you can file for a stolen/lost payment. But start by claiming them on the 2021 return.
