Can I have stock certificates replaced if losted, and where ?

You need to contact the company’s Shareholder Relations department, and give them as much information as possible — the name on the lost certificate, the likely date of purchase, the address of the owner at the time, and perhaps the brokerage firm information. Is there a record of receiving dividends, either by mail or direct deposit??
All those will help you track down ownership of the shares. But after a long period of no contact, it is likely that any shares “escheated” to the state of residence of the owner.
You’d have to contact the State Treasurer’s office. In Illnois,for example, here’s the website to track down property sent to the state:
