I purchased stockpile for 2 minor granddaughters. My daughter ran into problems opening custodial account so I tried. I am also running into problems with custodial account. I set up one account and tried to apply claim code and system states it is invalid or already used…not sure who that could be. I have had many many emails with their rep but still am unable to complete this. They do not have anyone to talk to just do emails. Please let me know if you know how i can talk to someone live or just get a refund. This has been a very frustrating experience and it is still not resolved. Thank you. Mary Dahl

I have reached out to find out what is going on at that company after receiving several similar complaints. I expect to have some answers later this week and will respond then. My next step is the SEC!
