Sunday article in Denver Post

I have attempted to use the free credit report website that you referenced in your column in the Denver Post on 2/15/2015. It did not work. The screen would change and then tell me that I had to mail in the info. If this is a government manadated service who do I speak to regarding he fact it will not work correctly? Thank you for your assistance with this matter.
