T-Bills

By Terry Savage on March 12, 2023 | Chicken Money

Hi: I love your segments on WGN. However when you talk about T-Bills you only refer to the ones up to 6 months. Why don’t you discuss the one-year and longer T-Bills? I bought a one-year and the rate was around 4.50% so that was pretty good. I just wonder why you don’t mention them?

Terry Says

The higher yields are at the 6 month point in the maturity curve. That’s most attractive right now.
