What affect will the debt ceiling agreement have on T-Bill rates? Will they continue to be a good investment?

T-bills are an IOU of the federal government. They were, despite the debt ceiling political fight, and are now a good, safe investment. If the Fed pushes rates higher, their yields will rise. If the Fed pauses at its next meeting, rates may drop a bit.
