With all of this freakish speculation about tariffs and govt dept shutdowns, are you still thinking T-Bills a good, safe choice?

I’m reassured that if T-bills are not viewed as the safest place in the world to put your money, then our world as we know it is gone! U.S. Debt is the centerpiece of all global finance. We finance our $36T national debt through the sale of Treasury bills, notes and bonds. Nearly one-third of our national debt is owned by foreign central banks, including China!
So if we default, everything falls apart! Sleep well with your T-bills. there is no better place.
