T-bonds — safe to buy them?
Hi Terry, heard you on wgn tv talking about government bonds at 9% +interest for a year. If I wanted to invest, could I avoid putting personal information about my accounts online by paying with PayPal or another option? What do you suggest? Thanks,

No. You go directly to the United States Treasury website and it is FAR safer than PayPal, which is also safe!
