T Notes
I know that T Notes pay interest payments every 6 months, but instead of being deposited back into the designated bank account, can it be held with the note until full maturity.

No, interest on Treasury notes is not reinvested. But once you get the payment, you can buy more Treasury notes or bills. Or just put it in a money market account.
