taking advantage of what’s happening in the stock market
So, wouldn’t now be a good time to buy stocks? I’ve never actually purchased any stocks individually or on my own outside of the Roth portfolio I already have set up. What types of stocks should I look into buying right now?

First decide how much money you are willing to lose, and how long you are willing to wait to get even if you buy a stock and it goes farther down, and stays down for a while. Answering those questions will give you an idea of your own risk tolerance and time horizon!
Then you can pick shares in any company that you think will come out of the pending economic slowdown in better shape — There are a lot to pick from!
