Tax Refund

I am receiving the $7500 electric vehicle rebate on my taxes for 2023. I filed electronically and they were accepted on 2/28/24. I still do not have my refund, as of today 4/4/24, my taxes were simple, nothing out of the ordinary. The “where’s my refund” website still has no updates for me. What can I do to find out what is holding up my refund? Thank you.
