Tax Refund

How can i get information regarding my tax refund? They accepted my federal return on 2/28/24 and there is no further info on where’s my refund. I sent you a question regarding this last month and you asked me to wait until May 1. Still no info. And the phone number only gets you through to the automated system, not a person that can help. I desparately need that money, please help with how I can find out what’s going on. I have an EV tax credit on there and I’m wondering if that is the problem. The rest of my taxes are simple.
