Tbill purchase — predicting yields
I cannot figure out on the list of Tbills which 13week is paying 5.25%in interest. They list so many how do u know what is the interest for each one. Thank u

You NEVER know what interest you will receive at the next week’s auction, when your order will be filled. That’s the point of an auction. But you can get a rough idea what yields are being traded during the week by just going on CNBC.com, and then clicking on markets, and then on “bonds” and there you will see T-bill yields as they are trading by the big financial institutions on the secondary market during the week. That will give you a rough idea of where rates may land on the regular Monday auction.
