Terminate Timeshare

My son and soon to be ex wife have a timeshare she got.
I was wondering any easy simple way my son can get out of this timeshare situation.

If you google the term “sell my timeshre” you will get plenty of ads for companies that offer to buy your timeshare. There is always a ‘catch’ though — so read the contract carefully.
