Timeshare

I was wondering if you have any advice on how to get rid of timeshare. My wife and I have had it for about 16 years and don’t want it anymore. It has been paid off for over 10 years, but the maintenance fees go up almost every year. I have a title for this timeshare, which I am told is a rare thing. I am not trying to sell it it, just trying not to pay thousands to get rid of it, and not have it take years to do it.
