To Will , or not to Will

A couple weeks ago on WGN radio with John Williams some woman that had asked a question about getting a will. If I heard you correctly, you suggested to her to get something besides a Will/instead of. I wrote it down and lost a piece of paper. I believe the thing you mentioned had approximately four words in it and if I remember correctly, it had the word no or not in the name of the document.
