TODI vs Trust
Hi Terry,
I was just recently made aware of the TODI, and would like to know the benefits/risks of using a TODI on property vs having a trust. I would like the easiest and least expensive route and would like to avoid a trust if possible. Thank you!

Why do you want to avoid a trust so badly? It costs about the same as a will. And you might have other assets — or other reasons to have a better plan in place. Please watch this short video:
