treasury bills
I live in Tanzania,want to buy US treasury bills,how do i go about it? i heard there is a form got to be filled,but then where is it sent after filling it?

It’s all done online at www.TreasuryDirect.gov, using auto-debit and auto-payment for interest — paid directly to your U.S. Bank account. (Since interest is paid in U.S. dollars, I’m assuming you must have a U.S. bank account to facilitate the transactions.
