Treasury Direct Account Change
I purchased some T-Bills under my own name but I am in the process of converting my will to a living trust, which will be finalized before the bills reach their maturity dates. How do I make the change in Registration from my name to the trust? Thank you.

You will open a new account in the name of your RLT, and using your SS number. Yes, you can have both.
Then when the current holdings mature, don’t reinvest. Have the money drop into your checking account.
Be sure you have opened a bank account (checking or MM in the name of your RLT.) Move the money into that bank account. Then link the RLT bank account to the TreasuryDirect account in the name of your RLT.
THEN, buy more T-bills from this account!
