Treasury. gov accounts
I have a treasury account to buy t-bills and bonds. How do I insure that my adult children can access my account in the event of my death? I am a single parent and have only been able to add one beneficiary. I would prefer to have all 4 children listed.

You would have to link different bills to different beneficiaries. Read to the bottom of this article to find out how to do that.
But a better way to do that is to create a Revocable Living Trust and get your estate in order. Then you can open your TreasuryDirect account in the name of your RLT and all those problems will be solved because instructions will be in your trust!
